1. This voucher is redeemable only through Office Only. Any reservation make through hotel directly will not be entertained.
2. This voucher features a unique reference serial number, may only redeem for once.
3. Serial Number is required upon redemption.
4. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
5. Only voucher with Official company chop and seal is valid. (Apply to Voucher via Postal Mail)
6. Travelling date is subject to accommodation availability.
7. This voucher is valid for Thirty Six (36) months from the date issued.
8. Unspent balance is not refundable.
